Situated on a hilltop in the open countryside, our holiday accommodation is in a local nature spot. With many footpaths and bridleways, there is much to explore. Just seconds from the centre of Holt, our cottage is perfect for seeing everything Norfolk has to offer.

In addition to this, our accommodation is just a short walking distance from a variety of shops, cafes, and local pubs. Our favourite time in Holt is at Christmas. From mid-November, the town centre sparkles. Furthermore, there are many National Trust properties and RSPB reserves in the area.

If you enjoy the beach, the coastal resorts of Cromer and Sheringham are only a few minutes’ drive away. There is also a local bus service.
